My Review:
*Contains spoilers for Origin
Opposition picks up right where Origin left off. After the Luxen arrived from space, Daemon, Dawson and Dee left with them, leaving behind a worried Katy with Beth and the rest of the gang. With each day that passes and Daemon doesn't return, Katy's unease grows. And things around the world start to get bad. the luxen start to reveals themselves to the human and whats worse they start attacking humans and killing them. When Katy goes on a mission with Hunter to help Beth, she gets captured by them. Soon she comes face to face with a familiar set of startling green eyes, only to discover that Daemon has fully embraced the arriving Luxen. But is it real? Could Daemon really forget about Katy and everything they have been through? Suddenly everything is falling apart and they are trust into a war where friends become foes and foes become friends. The lines are blurred and they will find allies in unlikely places.
I cant believe this is the end. Its always bittersweet to read the last book in a series which is why i had put of reading opposition for a few months. But sadly, I couldn't wait forever. And soon I began with a sense of excitement and trepidation. I was afraid of being disappointed, but once again Jennifer Armentrout delivers an epic finale. I absolutely loved it. From start to finish she had my heart racing, tears falling, heart swooning and of course, grinning from ear to ear. I was very happy with the amount of action, romance and humor. It was truly the perfect finale to a wonderful series. I only wish I could read this series forever.
Quotes:
“It’s not like I’m going to run up and hug him.”
His expression turned bland. “I’d sure hope not. I might get jealous.”
“You’d get jealous if she hugged a tree,” Archer tossed out.
“Maybe.” Daemon coasted to a stop in a parking space behind the car. “I’m needy like that.”

“We could really use the Avengers right about now."
"Screw that. We need Loki," Daemon retorted.
General Eaton arched a brow. "Well, unfortunately, the Marvel Universe isn't real, so...”
